We are stuck on this problem:

In a triangle ABC, A is twice as large as B. B is 4 degrees larger than C. Find the measure of each angle.

We tried A x (2B+4) = 180
Didn't work.
We tried C + (C+4) + (C+4 -2) = 180
Didn't work

Re: triangle measurements

if you make
x = measure of angle b
because you know that:
2*value of b = A
value of b = value of b
value of b - 4 = value of c

2x+x+(x-4) = 180
4x-4 = 180
4x = 184
x = 46

so angle
a = 92
b = 46
c = 42

There is no logic in your attempts; sorry, but you need serious CLASSROOM help...
