I am not very good at math, but i decided to take pre calc online, but i'm stuck on two problems, i'm wondering if anyone can explain them to me:

1) Find the domain and range of f(x) = 1/2 |x - 2|

2) Determine the interval(s) (if any) on the real axis for which f(x) is more than or the same as zero, where f(x) = x^2 - 4x

I'd really really REALLY appreciate the help!!!!

Is #1 \(\displaystyle \L
f(x) = (1/2)\left| {x - 2} \right|\quad \mbox{or} \quad f(x) = \frac{1}{{2\left| {x - 2} \right|}}?\)

What do you think? Can you get positive Real Numbers from that first one?
