Hello Dae Woo:

I have more than 12 years experience driving an ambulance in the Seattle-Metro area and working with the Seattle Police Department. Additionally, I worked as a PA in the Level I Trauma Center for the northwest sector of the United States for nearly four years. During these 16 years, I dealt with more than 3,000 pedestrians struck by automobiles.

As worded, there is absolutely no way to answer this exercise. Either you did not provide us with several given assumptions or the author of this exercise is an idiot.

Cheers,

~ Mark :)
