Given an isosceles trapezoid and some parallel segments. You have a lot of stuff there! You learned several properties involving those items, so start applying them, throw in the three given angle measures, and mix in some original thought, and you'll have this finished in no time.
The instructions tell you exactly what to do, which includes just what I might have offered as advice! Just do what they say, one step at a time.
Look at the givens. At the bottom are two degree measures (actually, three); mark them on the diagram. Several parts are identified as congruent; make marks on those parts, to remind you of the relationships.
Then look for implications (some of which you should have noticed while you were labeling). For example, if you see that a triangle is isosceles, you know that the base angles are congruent, so mark that.
Then show us your marked-up diagram, as far as you get, and we can suggest things you may have missed.
And have fun! This is a sort of treasure hunt, where each clue leads to another.
