Stunningly arbitrary. There is no information to suggest this is correct, excepting that it just happened to reproduce one of the given possible responses. If we try hard enough, we can reproduce the other three answers, as well.

By adding first digit of both nubers 3+4=7
By adding second digit of both numbers 2+3=5
7*5=35

By doing same with
76
15

7+1=8
6+5=11
11*8=88


But 88 is in option.
So 88 is wrong

13+10+7=30

After adding 10 in first figure, total is increased 20 to 30

So after adding 12 in first figure, total will be 32 and first figure will be 15

So missing number will be 14
15+14+3=32

Ans : 14

But there could be more than one answer. You should be given options to choose the correct one.
