I need help with doing proofs. Suggestions?

You could take a proof-techniques course, or a course in deductive logic. Or, if all you're needing is to brush up on high-school geometry-type proofs, you might find the article on the Ask. Dr. Math site to be helpful.

If you're needing more in-depth help, then I would suggest hiring a local tutor, with whom you can meet face-to-face for "hands on" assistance.
