A cubic function's graph and a quartic function's graph intersect at x=−7,−52,9. Write a plan that will allow the reader to determine their own cubic function’s and quartic function’s equation that meet the following conditions.

What conditions other than they intersect at x = -7, -52, and 9?

As a hint to get you started, what are three x values where f1(x) and f2(x) intersect given
f2(x) = f1(x) + (x+7) (x+52) (x-9) h(x)
where f1(x) and h(x) of x are polynomials.

why did you add f1(x) to the x-values?
Okay; if that isn't working for you, let's start with your thoughts, then. You have given us, so far, the following:

A cubic function's graph and a quartic function's graph intersect at x=−7,−52,9. Write a plan that will allow the reader to determine their own cubic function’s and quartic function’s equation that meet the following conditions.
But what are "the following conditions"? And then what have you tried to do with them?

Please be complete. Thank you! ;)
