I need help plzzzzz

Can you please help me with these problems. I don't get any of this at all. Right now I am failing geometry and tomorrow is the last day of school and I need to hand in this extra credit worksheet to bring my grade up so I can graduate. Can you please please help, I need to turn this in by 6:45 am tomorrow morning. There is an attach picture to help answer the questions.



1. A roof design is shown. What is the roof length in this design?

2. What is the perpendicular height of the roof (indicated by h)?

3. Given that the roof is 40 feet wide, what is the roof's total surface area (the shaded region)? Be sure to include both sides of the roof.
- The surface area of the roof is measured in "squares" of shingles. Each square covers 100 square foot. However, shingles are usually sold in bundles and priced per bundle. Generally it takes three bundles of shingles to make a square.

4. If shingles costs $24.99 per bundle, about how much will the shingles for the roof described in problem 3 cost?

5. How would your answer to problem 2 (the perpendicular height) change if the angle of the roof changed from 26.5 degrees to 34 degrees but the rafter length stayed at 12 ft.

6. Is the original roof similar to the new one? How do you know?

-Laminated wood flooring costs $70 for a 5-foot-by-4-foot area
- Carpeting costs $93.50 for an 11-foot-by-2-foot section
- Ceramic title costs $171 for a box of 45 titles each measuring 1 foot by 1 foot.

1. Using the three types of material listed above, determine the cost of flooring for a 12-foot-by-18-foot room. Describe how you determined your answers for each floor covering.

So you have been doing fine in school, passing classes, taking AP courses, keeping up your average, acing the SAT or ACT, making good progress -- and then suddenly you were blindsided by this one new requirement...? That seems... unreasonable....

Meanwhile, the flooring exercise you posted requires only elementary-school knowledge. Either this gift of extra credit reflects shortcomings of years duration (something we cannot hope to fix, I'm sorry to say), or you should be able to complete this exercise in about ten minutes.

Please reply showing your work and reasoning so far, along with a corrected link to the required image for the first six questions.
