I don't see the relationship (scatterplot and predictions)

[I'm working on scatter plots]

I understand the graphing part of this particular question, but I don't understand the following questions.

x-1.0 2.0 3.0 4.0 5.0 6.0 7.0
y-0.0 1.0 1.5 7.0 7.0 8.0 12.0

Question: Predict the value of y if x = 10.

Can someone give me a hint?? I don't want the answer given to me....

did you do a scatterplot?

did you try to fit a line to the data?

are you doing this by hand (pencil & graph paper) or are you using a graphing calculator?
 
What regression equation did you come up with? What value of y does that equation return, for x = 10?
