Okay here's the directions.

Solve the nonlinear inequality. Express the solution using interval notation and graph the solution set.

3/x-1 - 4/x greater than or equal to 1

After working it out, I get it down to

-1(x+2)(x-2) / x(x-1) greater than or equal to 0

I don't know where to go from there, help please!

That looks like "UP", not "DOWN". I guess you mean 3/(x-1) instead of what you wrote. Notation matters.

You found and implemented the common denominator.

You factored the numerator.

Great. One more thing. You must partition the Real Numbers. You have four factors. Split it up on each one.

<---------------(-2)---------(0)------------(1)----------(2)---------->

Therea are a few ways to go about it, but the simplest is probably just trying a value in each interval. Worry about the endpoints of each interval, and you are done.

Let's see what you get.
