The forum won't add my pictures of my triangles, which I need here to show my workings. Don't know what to do now?

Are you trying to upload image files to the forum server or enter an outside URL? What happens?
I basically drew a couple of triangles using Microsoft Word and then copied the images to paste them here but the software here won't accept the type of file. This problem is my own learning experience so no point using internet images etc to try and explain and show my methods and workings out becuase the internet examples are not my experiences. Now I don't know how I'm going to post the image for clarification of my problems and learning.

I don't remember much about MS Word, but can you first export your images to some popular format, like PNG, PDF or JPEG, then attach that file to your post? Web sites might reject MS Word files because those can contain macros which have been exploited by hackers in the past.

copied the images to paste them here
The forum software does not allow pasting images into posts. You need to copy an image file to the clipboard, before pasting in a post. (To create an image file, you may follow bamocur's exporting suggestion, or take a cell photo or save a screen shot. Please rotate and crop images as needed.)

Alternatively, you may upload image files to the freemathhelp server. To upload an image file, use the 'Insert image' icon on the toolbar. That icon looks like a framed picture of a mountain and is located to the left of the smilies icon.

I do paste images into my answers; but they have to be image files. What I often do, instead of exporting the image ("Save as picture" from Word), is to use the "snipping tool" to grab the image on my screen, copy from that, and then paste. Here's an example, done that way from right here:
