How to solve for x in Aexp(x) + Bx - C = 0?

Is there a close-form solution for x in Aexp(x) + Bx - C = 0? exp() is an exponential function and x > 1.

Using elementary functions? No. How hard have you tried to find it?

There is a solution under certain special conditions. If either A=0 or B=0, for example, then you could easily solve for the other two letters. But if both A and B are nonzero then it is like tkhunny said. There's no way to solve this in terms of the functions we know about.
