How to obtain y2(x) ( and thus, C2 ) through order of reduction ( y1(x) being obtained from infinite series solution )?

So for some time I have been stuck on this problem which requires solving a second order equation through infinite series, and I can't figure out how to reduce the problem to get y2(x) (or C2). I attached my attempt at reducing to first order, but thereafter I am unsure what to do next.
