how i am going to use these two formula to get these solution ?? radius=9 and theta=8 over 3

Substitute r=9 and alpha = 8/3 into the two formulae, then simplify and factorise.
The final answer you give is incorrect. It should have 27 not 22 out the front of the bracket.

One thing that frustrate me like **** is that all book that I bought for my maths practice, there are lots of wrongsolution , therefore I suspect my answer.

That part is the part that I don't know how to do , as I have to answer in terms of theta

I just had another look at your work. It is a 27 out the front, your 7 looked like a 2 at first.
