Please & thanks.
Oh, you are quite welcome. Please & thanks.
But you posted no problem!Well no thanks to you considering you gave no help, lol.
You still have not posted a problem to be solved.I asked how to find the minimum and maximum values of functions. I am sorry for trying to pass my math course, and I am sorry for looking for help. We're constantly told to ask for help, but it's no use when people like you come on here and reply with smart *** comments.

I'm sorry, too....you didn't give us anything to work with. I guess I would need to tell you that if you find the first derivative of a function, and set it equal to 0, then you will find a point (or points) where the function has a maximum or minimum value. You'll have to check values on either side of those possible maximum/minimum points to see what you actually have...max or min.
Am I confusing you? I hope so...if you can tell us WHAT your your problem IS specifically, and show us what you have tried to do, we can certainly do a better job of trying to help.
So, so sorry...my crystal ball is cloudy today.
