Theorem 10.13
If 2 chords intersect in the interior of a circle, then the measure of each angle is one half the sum of the measure of the arcs intercepted by the angle and its vertical angle.
Theorem 10.14
If a tangent and a secant, 2 tangents, or 2 secants interect in the exterior of a circle, then the measure of the angle formed is one half the difference of the measures of the intercepted arcs.
Please help me since this is worth 200 points for my grade. My whole grade for this quarter consists of 500 points so this is 2/5th of my grade already. If you can't help me, then thanks for taking the time to bother.
