how do i start this problem

13=33\displaystyle \frac{1}{{\sqrt 3 }} = \frac{{\sqrt 3 }}{3}

33+3=433\displaystyle \frac{{\sqrt 3 }}{3} + \sqrt 3 = \frac{{4\sqrt 3 }}{3}
