How do I solve this?
I know that my a is 81 and b 3. And i got my 3 cases that i need to put into. But what is my c in this function?

This is one of the most cryptic questions I've seen in quite a while. What does this mean?

You have to understand that not everyone uses the same notation, we have no idea what a b and c mean. You should give us a picture of the statement of Master Theorem you’re using in your class, or some examples
 
Did our newest member not take the mind reading courses that all new members are required to take?
