How do I know if the interval is usable??

I was given data (not sure if I need it for you to help) and determined it was normal.
I was asked to calculate a 95% confidence interval which I found to be b/w 142.06 and 150.98. Then I am asked if this inteval is usuable. How do I know if it is or isn't?
Also, the point estimate is 146.5161

The reference may be to rather or not the point estimate falls in the interval or not. It appears to. So it's usable. The 95% says that, with 95% certainty,
the point estimate will fall in the interval.
