factor out 2
2x[49-42y+9y^2]

factors of 9 = 9,1 3,3
factors 49=1,49 7,7
we want a set whose sum of cross products = 42
3,3 and 7,7 does it
2x[7-3x][7-3x]
2x[7-3x]^2 answer
