How can I solve this?

You have an expression. Do you need to factor it? Find its zeros? Find out where the axis of symmetry would be if you graphed it?

C'mon! Tell us what the problem statement is and how far you've gotten.

2x2 + 3x - 2

I would appreciate it
This is a quadratic equation expression. There several methods to solve to simplify this. What method/s have you been taught? What does your class-notes/textbook say about these equations? ...........................edited

You can not solve an expression. You can evaluate it when x=2, or when x=-2/3 or...., you find the x-value(s), if any, that makes the the express ion to 7 or to 0 or to -2.76. You can even try to factor it. Which would you like?
