Distance formula

square root of (x2-x1)^2+(y2-y1)^2


In this case distance is


root[(-3 - -2)^2+(4 - -5)^2]

=root(1+81)=root(82)
 
What don't you understand about it? Just giving you a straight answer won't help you. Try plotting the points and making a triangle to figure out the distance.
