questions

how many liked just one brand?
how many liked Skippy only?
how many do not like peter pan?
how many do not like skippy or peter pan
how many like exactly two brands

I have tryed everything on this can you guys help me out

for question 2 i got 20
question 3 how many do not like peter pan I still have no idea
question 4 do not like skippy or peter pan no idea
question 5 i came up with 18.

Could you look over my work and make sure what i have for numbers 1 2 and 5 is right, and tell me what I need to do to slove 3 and 4. I have always had trouble with venn diagram.

If 37 like Peter Pan, then the other .90 - 37 = 53 .do <u>not</u> like Peter Pan.

The "or" is an important word here.

n(not-S or not-P) . = . n(not-S) + n(not-P) - n(not-S and not-P) . **
