...and so forth. Apply that process to your exercises.
Note: These are called "one-step" linear equations. You're either adding/subtracting something to/from both sides, or multiplying/dividing both sides by something. The only wrinkle here is that you should probably simplify the numerical parts of your second equation before proceeding, to make you life a little simpler.
