The consumers will demand 31 units when the price of a product is $52, and 49 units when the price is $42. Find the demand function (express thr price P in terms of the q quantity ), assuming it is linear. P=?

Linear function means - the function will be of the form:

P = m * q + b

where:

P = Price

q = quantity sold

Now you are given two points - solve for m & b
