Hey guys.

Once again I am stuck. I haven't been on in awhile which is good, but here is my delima.

I have a problem which looks like this:

Find the largest open intervals where the function has the indicated concavity

1. None
2. (-∞, -1), (1, ∞)
3. (1, ∞)
4. (0, ∞)

Now I ma be extremly stupid but I dont know what to do or how to find this. Stapel is usually helpful at giving me a starting point or a site. Anything will do though thanks!

It is concave down on (-∞, 0) and concave up on (0, ∞).
