Hello q543332. Those are not radical expressions. They are rational expressions. (A radical expression always contains a radical sign, like √ for example.)
If you were to simplify 20/11 × 33/4, how would you do it? I would cancel common factors, before multiplying.
(4×5)/(11) × (3×11)/(4)
The common factors are shown in red. Cancelling them gives us:
5/1 × 3/1 = 15
Do the same with the rational expressions, as Harry_the_cat suggested. Factorize the numerators and denominators, and then cancel common factors before multiplying.
Did you try a search engine, to find videos? You could use keywords like simplify rational expressions.
If you would like more help, please post what you tried so far. Cheers
