Two angles, A and B, have measures of in the ratio of 7 to 23, respectively. What is the ratio of the measure of the complement of angle A to the measure of the complement of angle B? Express your answer as a common fraction.

HELP!

Pick variables for the measures of the two angles, such as "a" and "b". Then you have that a/b = 7/23. Now find expressions for the complements, in terms of a and b, and form the requested ratio.

Two angles, A and B, have measures of in the ratio of 7 to 23

this should mean that 23 a = 7 b

complement of angle work

let c = 90 - a
then a= 90-c

let d = 90- b
then b= 90-d

replace the "a" and "b" in the above equation (23 a = 7 b)with the 90-c and 90-d forms.
Then solve...
