hello,

Thanks for the help of my last question.

State the amplitude, period, phase shift and vertical shift for the following equations:

y = 3sinx

y = cosx - 2

y = sin(x - 45 )

y = cos2x

Can you help me?

Thanks

Can you help me?

Not until you either ask a question about these exercises OR state why you're stuck.

What have you done so far?

(Please also read the post titled "Read Before Posting". It tells you the kind of information we need to see.)

This what I have done so far

hello mmm4444bot,

This is what I done so far:

y= 3sinx

amplitude: 3

period: 360

phase shift: right

vertical shift: none

y = cosx - 2

amplitude: 1

period: 360

phase shift: none

vertical shift: 2

y = sin(x - 45)

amplitude: 1

period: 360

phase shift:left

vertical shift: none or 1

y = cos2x

amplitude: 1

period: 360

phase shift: none or right

vertical shift: none or 1

Is what I have done right or I am I completely wrong or totally confused? Please help!
