Is there any easy to remember the trigonometric ratio formulas?
(At this point i am feeling doubtful)
And what exactly are/is spacial visualizations?

and i'm not sure if sin/cos/tan should be posted in the trig forum, but we're doing it in geometry, so forgive me if i am wrong. thanks

trig ratios in a right triangle ...

Sine of an angle = opposite/hypotenuse
Cosine of an angle = adjacent/hypotenuse
Tangent of an angle = opposite/adjacent

the usual school mnenomic (boring) ... SohCahToa ... some say it's the name of an Indian Chief?

learned the following while at electronics school in the Navy ... change one word and it becomes rather "risque" and you'll never forget it. Read down the left side, then start back at the top of the right side and read down again.

Susie = Oscar/Has
Can = A/Hat
Tell = On/Always

:wink:
