help! (vertex of a perabola)

wow... i feel dumb asking this cause i know it was so easy when we were doing this... now ive got an exam monday and im doing the review that we get marks for cause i need all the marks i can get, also cause i hafta pass the exam real well to get the credit... and ive only passed 2 tests out of like 8 all year... anyways... could someone remind me how to get the vertex of a perabola again? my notes aren't very good, so i couldn't find it in them, and my teacher already took back all the text books... thanks
