I need help to prove the following:
x=sin(theta) ; y=sinm(theta) prove that
(1-x2)(y") -xy'+y=0 my attempt to solve the problem is attached

What is sinm(theta)?
What are your thoughts?

I don't see any attachment. Did you just forget, or did something go wrong in attaching it?

The problem itself needs clarification; do you perhaps mean y=sin^m(theta) ? Be sure to quote the entire problem as given to you, word for word.
