Help Solving equation and to find X!

Hi All, I just have a challenge for someone to find the formula and missing value used to work out the codes in this table. The known constant it uses is the current date, there is also the result of the equation which is the next value. There are probably results on the table that may lead to finding the result a bit easier as well. No matter what the date, the results are always 6 digits. Eg; 1/1/2000 = 312024. Anyone able to help with this problem that has stumped me. Thanks

This is an encryption problem. I don't know if we have enough information to do this.

If I were to do this problem - I would first plot (date,code) see if there are any low-hanging-fruits out there.
