Hi guys, this is my first time using this but i was having trouble with an question i would be greatly thankfull if you could help me out

1)For what value of x will 3-x, 2x, 3x+2 be consecutive terms of an arithmetic sequence

and

2) In a geometric sequence of positive numbers each term after the second is the sum of the two preceding terms. Find the common ratio.

This is grade 11 functions, Thanks

Here is a second to do that.
\(\displaystyle (2x)-(3-x)=(3x+2)-(2x)\) solved for x.
