it looks like that only with P Q and R.
AC=20 CB=13 AB= 21 you don't know Ac or cB.
you have to find h.

In case the image goes down or doesn't display: It is a triangle with base AB (named, or having length, "c"), "peak" angle C, and height "h" drawn from C to AB.
