Make up four problems using sign numbers. You can use sea level, savings and deposits in a bank account, the stock market, football yardage gained and lost, or anything thst you chose.

They mean that you should invent your own problems, similar to what you saw in your textbook and in your class.

If you would like us to check what you've come up with, that'll be fine. But we can't very well give you "the" answers, since there are infinitely many, and since the point of this exercise is that you show what you learned.

i dont know what they mean by sign numbers, i have a geometry work book and have never been to the class yet. I have no clue where to begin

"Signed numbers" means "integers", "whole numbers, including the negatives". This isn't a geometry topic; it's from last year's algebra, and they're doing a review. If you don't remember what negative numbers are, try online lessons to refresh your memory.
