help please cfl watts word problem

I have a CFL bulb that creates light equivalent to a 40-watt incandescent bulb. Then predict the wattage of a CFL bulb that creates light equivalent to a 150-watt incandescent bulb.
I am not understanding what i am suppose to do.

It is a proportionality problem.

What is the actual wattage of the bulb you have (creating equivalent luminiscence of 40 W incandescent bulb)?

Then use ratio.....
