Hello! I have a question about an equation on my homework. I found a site that I can just plug in the equation and get an answer, but I want to be able to understand and learn from it instead of just get an answer. The equation is:
d=(r)/(1+rt) solve for r. Any help would be much appreciated.

The equation is: d=(r)/(1+rt) solve for r. Any help would be much appreciated.
From \(\displaystyle d=\dfrac{r}{1+rt}\) to \(\displaystyle d+rtd=r\).

Then \(\displaystyle rtd-r=-d\).

Now factor out the \(\displaystyle r\) on the LHS and then divide.
