I guess that's \(\displaystyle \frac{x+2}{x^2+5x-6}-\frac{2x+3}{x^2+x-2}\).
The general procedure is to factor wherever possible and see if there are any common factors.
\(\displaystyle \frac{x+2}{(x+6)(x-1)}-\frac{2x+3}{(x+2)(x-1)}\).
Nothing to reduce so you need to determine the least common denominator then build equivalent fractions that have the lcd as the denominators of each fraction. Then combine the numerators, simplify, and place the result over the lcd for your final answer.
