I am having a problem. Can you help me, thank you very much!!!!
1. Suppose a wedge in the shape of the right triangle is idealized by the region bound by the x-axis, f(x) = x and x = L. Let the weight distribution for the wedget be defined by W(x) = x² + 1. Use the generalized mean value theorem to show that the point at which the weight value occurs is (3L/4)*((L²+2)/(L²+3))

It is hard to offer you any help if you do not tell us where you are stuck or show us your work. Even if you know that your work is wrong, after seeing it we will be able to offer you some help.

I'm really stuck in this whole article, not knowing where to start, the only knowledge I know is the generalized mean value theorem
