My job offers an "incentive" pay where I get a certain amount added to my hourly wages. For instance if I'm allotted 10 hours to complete my work and I complete it in 10 hours exactly, that means I "picked" at 100% and I only receive my regular pay. But if I am allotted 10 hours and I complete it in exactly 5 hours I picked 200% and will receive 10$ more per hour. So knowing this if I'm alloted 10 hours and I pick it in 7.5 it would mean I picked at 150% correct? The equation I used was 10/7.5 but I come up 1.33. What equation can I use to figure out my percentage every day. For example yesterday I was allotted 10 hours 11 mins and I picked it in 8 hours and 33 mins?

The equation I used was 10/7.5 but I come up 1.33. This is correct. You took 3/4 the alloted time so your efficiency was [1/(3/4)=] 133% - or 33% above "par".

What equation can I use to figure out my percentage every day. For example yesterday I was allotted 10 hours 11 mins and I picked it in 8 hours and 33 mins? - use the same logic as above
