Help: height of parallelogram is half the length of....

I desperatly need help with this math problem!!
Please someone explain it to me!

The height of a parallelogram is half the length of it's base. The parallelogram has an area 67 cm squared. Find the height to the nearest tenth of a centimeter.

area = base * height
