The height h(in ft) above the ground of a submarine-launches missile is given by the function h=-16t+96t+80 where t represents the time in seconds. Scetch a graph of this function. Determine the time at which the missile leaves and returns to the water.

It might help you to start by copying the problem correctly! The function is surely not "h= -16t+ 96t+ 80". I feel certain that first "t" is squared. Now, do you know what a parabola looks like? Do know how to find the vertex? Do you know how to complete the square?
