I am having trouble understanding a few problems. If anyone could help I would appreciate it. Here they are.
1. Express y as a function of x
ln(y)=-2x+ln(c)
2. If f(x)=Log(a)(x) show that
[F(x+h)-f(x)] / h =Log(a) (1+h/x)^1/n
3. Express as a sum and/or difference of logarithms
Log[(x-4)^2/x^2-1]^2/3 x>4
4. Solve for x (exact ans) e^(2x+5)=8
5. Solve for X (exact ans) (8)(10^2x-7)=3
