I'm having a problem with a question asking find the vbolume of a revtangular prisim whose dimensinos are twice those of another rectangular prism that has a volume of 120 cm cubed. What the heck are they asking? and I need hlep on it.

The other one is find the hieght of a cone with the volume of 138 X pi cubic meteres and a base area of 46 X pi square meters. What the ehck is going on here too thx

if the linear parameters of any solid are doubled, then the resulting larger solid has a volume that is 8 times the volume of the original.

volume of a cone is V = (1/3)(base area)(height).
you were given volume & base area ... do a bit of algebra and you get
height = 3v/(base area)
