Greater than, Less than??

I can't....because -3 3/4 is NOT greater than -3 1/8.

Try this....

Draw a number line, and locate both -3 3/4 and -3 1/8. Which one is farther to the RIGHT on the number line? The one which is farther to the right is the one which is greatest.
