graphing

Graphing polynomials is fairly straightforward. You find the zeroes. Then you pick some additional x-values, plug them in, and find y-values that give dots to "fill in" between the zeroes.

Where are you stuck?

Since parabolas are quadratics (second-degree polynomials), it is not possible for this to graph as such.

Where are you having trouble in the graphing process? Please provide specifics. Thank you.

Eliz.

re

nah i was just curious what the shape of the graph would be.
also it says the point (o,o) is not a max or min.. but from the grpah i am coming up with it should be.

You will find that it is an inflection point, not a max nor min.
