Graphing systems of linear inequalities: y >= 2x, y >

How would I graph a system of linear inequalities? For instance:

y > 2x
y > x + 3

Can you graph one inequality at a time? Or are you needing help with that part, too? (We can provide links to lessons from which you can learn how to do this, but it helps to know where to start.)
