Completely stumped, please help.

"Transform the graph of f(x)=3^x to sketch g(x)=3^-(x+1) - 2 . Show table of values and each transformation clearly

The x + 1 term translates the graph 1 unit to the left.
The -2 translates the graph 2 units down.
The - reflects the graph over the y-axis.
