Gradient of a best-fit line and calculating the average speed

Hi guys,

I would appreciate any help in this regard. The question asks to calculate the gradient of the line and use it to calculate the average speed giving the final answer in mm y-1.

Just to note, Ma stands for million years. It's vital for me to get the correct units so can you please pay extra attention to this. Thanks in advance.
